There are many places in the world which have yet to be walked on by human feet and naturally, there are even more places where no one has ever been on two wheels.

Exploration knows no boundaries; the only boundaries are created in our imaginations. There are no dreams that cannot be fulfilled – it is always a matter of willingness and time.

Don’t let the word ‘expert’ fool or discourage you as it does not necessarily refer to your cycling abilities and skill sets. The ‘expert’ adventurer is not someone who has a plethora of experience in a certain field, but someone who welcomes and embraces the unknown with a smile. The true adventurer finds freedom in its most comprehensive form in the midst of such situations. This is a feeling that, once tasted, can be very hard to relinquish and it can take over and define your whole being.

The first step is always the hardest, but once taken, you will not look back.

Expert backpackers and travelers know the taste of adventure and freedom in its purest form. Knowing that it’s a feeling that can not be given up, you start to crave it more and more like a drug. It becomes a small part of you that defines your whole being, your true self.

I had a reflection, which is connected to what comes to mind when I ride a bike. What's amazing is how air (suppose at this time of year in Warsaw is still fresh air ) works on brain work and in consequence this causes ideas themselves to fall one by one to the head.
What do you think about when you're riding? Are they rather thoughts, plans or suddenly appear solutions / concepts?
I'm almost sure that I have always positive thoughts during my ride and I can see new solutions and new roads. ...................................................................................... Miałam refleksję, która wiąże się z tym,
co przychodzi mi do głowy, gdy jeżdżę na rowerze. Niesamowite jest to, jak powietrze (przypuśćmy, że o tej porze roku w Warszawie jest wciąż świeżym powietrzem) działa na pracę mózgu, w wyniku czego same pomysły padają jedna na drugą.
O czym myślisz podczas jazdy? Czy są to raczej myśli, plany lub nagle pojawiają się rozwiązania / koncepcje? Jestem prawie pewien, że zawsze mam pozytywne myśli podczas jazdy i widzę nowe rozwiązania i nowe drogi. Na koniec nie jestem geniuszem, który wiem o tym związku - już udowodniono naukowo, że istnieje ścisły związek sportu ze skutecznym myśleniem;)

Today is the day when.....
I feel I'm alive! I'm glad who I am, what I am, and I fully accept myself. For a woman, it's a fantastic state.
The fact that I'm one year older has no meaning.....
I stopped running, I slowed down and also slowly achived my goals.
I don't have to hurry up. I'm calm. Consciousness of body and spirit comes with age and belive me, it's a fantastic state of mind.
I have waited a long time for this feeling. Now I have it.

Czuję, że żyję! Cieszę się kim jestem, jaka jestem i w pełni akceptuję samą siebie. Dla kobiety to rewelacyjny stan.
A to, że na karku jest jeden rok więcej, nie ma żadnego znaczenia..... Przestałam biec, napinać się, powoli realizuję swoje cele. Jestem spokojna, poukładana. Samoświadomość ciała i ducha przychodzi z wiekiem albo dojrzałością... ale powiem wam, że to fantastyczny stan. Warsaw my city.
After so many years of living here, I must admit that I loved her especially on autumn nights, when the fog rises over the old town, where silence calmes you. I love her when, she is so quiet and when she stops running.
I've got here many of my nooks and my favorite streets.
I was afraid that I would fight her because I always prefferd north or south of Poland but she convinced me.
My Warsaw, my Tarchomin, my wild in my garden. ...........................................................................
Warszawa moje miasto.
Po tylu latach życia tu muszę przyznać, że ją pokochałam zwłaszcza w jesienne noce, kiedy mgła lekko unosi się na rynku starego miasta, gdzie zapada cisza.
Uwielbiam ją taką cichą i spokojną, kiedy przestaje pędzić.
Mam tu mnóstwo swoich zakamarków, ulubionych uliczek.
Bałam się, że będę z nią walczyć, bo zawsze preferowałam północ lub południe Polski ale przekonała mnie do siebie.
Moja Warszawa, mój Tarchomin, moja dzicz w ogrodzie.

Why do I love bike?
It's simple: it doesn't limit me. When I go out to tranning I don't have to do makeup. I feel comfortable because I wear comfortable clothes. When I ride, I set the pace. No one direct me, because I hold the steering wheel in my hands. Is that what you do?

To proste: nie ogranicza mnie, jak wychodzę na trening nie musze się malować, czuję się komfortowo, bo ubieram wygodne ciuchy. Kiedy jadę to sama ustalam tempo, nikt mną nie kieruję, bo kierownicę w rękach trzymam ja. Też tak macie ?

Where Nepal connects to Norway.
For Kids, the glacier was an experience in itself. To be honest, I myself was enchanted by the cold blue ice - it looked amazing.
Coincidence wanted our guides to be sherpas, who for most of the year had led teams to the 4th Base of Everest.
Children have such a special charm in them and this charm makes,
that they're easily make friendships. I don't know what kind of effect this friendship will bring yet, but I saw the glow in her eyes when she listened to his stories.
So small, cute, in her new cancers and harness, she walked holding an ice axe in her hand. I'm very curious, was it such a moment that will cause, that she would want to do something more in her adult life...
................................................................................ Tam gdzie Nepal łączy się z Norwegią.
Dla dzieciaków lodowiec był przeżyciem samym w sobie, szczerze mówiąc to ja sama byłam oczarowana zimnym błękitem - wyglądał cudownie.
Przypadek chciał, że nasi przewodnicy byli Szerpami, którzy przez większość roku eskortują ekipy do 4 bazy Everestu.
Dzieci mają w sobie taki szczególny urok, który sprawia,
że w łatwy sposób nawiązują kontakty. Jaki skutek przyniesie ta znajomość jeszcze nie wiem, ale widziałam blask w jej oczach gdy słuchała opowieści.
Taka mała, urocza, w swoich nowych rakach i uprzęży, szła trzymając czekan w ręku. Ciekawa jestem bardzo,
czy to był ten moment kiedy zrodzi się w niej jakieś marzenie. Czy to był taki moment, który spowoduje,

🇺🇲.......... I think, that I miss a little bit for this morning cold, for the scrambled eggs which you have to eat quickly. Those moments when you wake up and look on fog and you don't want to put your nose out from behind your sleeping bag.
I have fallen in love with mountains views. There where the land slightly undulates on the horizon it's definitely better... Już trochę tęsknię za takim porannym zimnem, za jajecznicą, którą trzeba szybko zjeść. Takie momenty kiedy budzisz się i widzisz jeszcze mgłę i za żadne skarby nie chcesz nosa wystawić zza śpiwora.
Pejzaże górskie jednak rozkochały mnie w sobie.

Myślę, że jesteśmy fantastyczną rodziną, pełną emocji, zainteresowań, na pewno nie wieje u nas nudą.
Jak u wszystkich chwilami jest różnie, ale przecież o to chodzi, żeby na koniec umieć iść przez życie razem.

I think we're a fantastic family, full of emotions, interests, certainly we're not boring. Sometimes we're fight together, but it's ok.
For the end it's about being able to go through life together at the end.

Wy też tak macie?
Uwielbiam patrzeć jak moje dzieciaczki śpią, dlatego że na ich buziach często gości senny uśmiech. Wiem wtedy, że to dobry sen - odleciały gdzieś w wyobraźnię albo śnią o fajnych chwilach codziennego dnia.
U mnie taki uśmiech pojawia się praktycznie tylko na wyjazdach, bo tam potrafię złapać oddech. Oby takich błogich, spokojnych snów mieć jak najwięcej :)))

I love watching when my babies sleep, because their faces often have a sleepy smile. I know then that it is a good dream - they flew away somewhere in the imagination or dream about cool moments of everyday life.
For me, such a smile appears practically only on trips, because there I can catch my breath.
